Profile

Hello!

Hello! I’m Sabrina Sieck, a marketing leader drawn to brands with passionate communities, unconventional stories, and long histories. I love helping legacy brands evolve without losing the qualities that made people fall in love with them in the first place.

The weirder, more unexpected, and more culturally specific, the better.

Today, I’m the Director of Marketing at FANGORIA, where I lead brand marketing across social, content, subscriptions, partnerships, live events, PR, and audience growth. My work is focused on expanding one of horror’s most iconic brands beyond its magazine roots, building new ways for fans to engage while creating meaningful opportunities for the business to grow.

I work at the intersection of creative and strategy, developing campaigns that can live across platforms, turning events into cultural moments, building partnerships that introduce brands to new audiences, and finding the story that makes people want to pay attention.

Before FANGORIA, I spent nearly a decade at Ripley Entertainment, where I led integrated marketing and creative initiatives across a global portfolio spanning more than 10 countries. My work crossed social, video, editorial, PR, design, attractions, exhibitions, licensing, and partnerships, ranging from data-driven audience strategies to decidedly unconventional campaigns—including helping bring Marilyn Monroe’s iconic gown to the Met Gala.

My background in journalism and film at GWU, combined with graduate studies in PR and marketing at NYU, has always shaped how I approach the work: start with a good story, understand the audience, and then figure out the most interesting way to tell it.
